Jake Keller is a corporate, transactional and securities attorney with a background in general corporate matters and mergers and acquisition.

In law school, Jake was an in-house corporate counsel intern at Sendbird, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based technology startup. There, he gained valuable experience working on commercial agreements at the intersection of AI and contracts. He also worked for a mid-sized full-service law firm, where he gained both transactional and litigation experience on a variety of complex issues ranging from M&A to Class Action litigation.

Jake earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy with a concentration in Law and Economics from UC Berkeley (2021). He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law (2024).
